KUONI ADDS NEW RESORTS TO INDIAN OCEAN COLLECTION 2023

Brand new resorts for couples, friends and families are being offered by Kuoni in 2023 with exciting features such as glitter balls, transparent dance floors, and beautiful beachside villas.

Kuoni has added three new resorts to its Maldives collection this year with further new announcements regarding plans for hotels in Mauritius, Sri Lanka and the Seychelles. The premium long-haul tour operator has seen an increase in families, groups of friends and solo travellers since the pandemic and its new offerings are ready to serve this market.

In Mauritius, The Standard offers 115 water and beachside villas with an array of activities and experiences including daily yoga classes, diving, boat trips and snorkelling on the surrounding house reef. It also boasts unique features including transparent dance floors and glitter balls.

Thirdly, the company is targeting solo travellers, divers and couples with its 36 traditional beachfront bungalows – providing a simpler type of holiday on Makunudu island.

Meanwhile in Sri Lanka, the brand has added the Aliya Resort and Spa to its collection – ideal for families hoping to holiday in the Sigiriya area of the cultural triangle. The island country is one of Kuoni’s most requested destinations and was recently put back on sale following the lifting of FCDO advice.
