ITALY WELCOMES NEW 7PINES BEACHFRONT RESORT

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the grand opening of its new luxury 7Pines Resort in Sardinia, Italy, overlooking the archipelago of La Maddalena.

The beachfront resort is described as offering tranquility and laid-back luxury on one of Europe’s most distinctive coastlines. It is the first hotel in Italy to join the Destination by Hyatt portfolio, and the first Hyatt-affiliated hotel in Sardinia.

Situated in Baja Sardinia on the Costa Smeralda, the 76-room property is built within centuries-old rock formations. Paths weave through verdant gardens out to the resort’s five secluded and unspoiled beaches near wild coves and brilliant blue coastline. While the stunning Porto Cervo waterfront neighbourhood is just 10 minutes away.

Thanks to the resort’s on-site yachting services, guests can take a short boat ride and explore the emerald lagoons and heavenly beaches of the La Maddalena archipelago.

Each guest room is designed with locally crafted features made from natural materials unique to Sardinia and include bespoke weavings, light fixtures and furniture created from the island’s juniper trees. Sea Views rooms and suites overlook the resort’s quiet beaches with direct access to the shore.

Three restaurants serve guests the finest local flavours and ingredients with the choice of seasonal dishes, poolside dining with cocktails or a truly Sardinian casual dining experience. Pure Seven Spa offers a range of rejuvenating nature-inspired treatments, encouraging guests to lose themselves in a calm haven complete with indoor and outdoor treatment areas. A fitness centre is also accessible onsite.
