Bahrain: A string of musical events in 2024
Whether you are a fan of jazz, hard rock or traditional singers such as Mohammed Abdu and Khalid Al Shaikh, Bahrain has musical events for every taste coming up this year.
At ITB Berlin 2024, Bahrain is showcasing its cultural and sports events as an integral part of its tourism offer. While the kingdom is known for its sporting events like the Bahrain Grand Prix, music is also very much in the spotlight, with many concerts and festivals taking place throughout the year. The Kingdom will host two of the region’s most famous singers, Saudi Mohammed Abdu and Bahraini Khalid Al Shaikh on April 19, 2024, bringing a unique blend of exceptional musical performances and captivating melodies to the Al Dana Amphitheatre.
On April 26, Bahrain will hold its biggest national music festival, the Bahrain Jazz Fest, which brings together jazz musicians from around the world and Bahrain. Since its inception in 2017, the festival has seen more than 30,000 visitors over the last 6 years enjoying over 30 international and local artists. The 2024 edition of the Bahrain Jazz Fest will be held at the Royal Golf Club.
