Europe is in the spotlight at ITB Berlin 2025 thanks not only to Albania, this year’s Official Host Country, but also to the outstanding presence of the region as a whole. Albania is of course taking centre stage with an enlarged exhibition area, but ITB Berlin visitors can also get a taste of all the latest offerings from across the region. While Spain’s Balearic islands have expanded their exhibition space in Hall 2.1, Italy commands a huge stand area of 1,391 square metres in Hall 1.2. Greece has come out in force with a greatly enlarged area for the Rhodes region. Meanwhile, Hungary and Austria have also extended their stand spaces. Germany has a strong presence as well this year with individual stands for Hamburg, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Lower Saxony, Hesse, and Bavaria. Highlighting Europe’s commitment to sustainability, the European Centre for Eco and Agri Tourism (ECEAT) is also on hand with a larger stand than last year.
