From Albania to the World: Elite Travel Group at ITB Berlin
Elite Travel Group is presenting its wide variety of services at ITB Berlin this year, ranging from roadtrips, luxury solutions and MICE services to sun and beach packages and self-drive tours.
The Group’s mission and vision are to create “everlasting experiences”. With a “heart rooted in Albania and a spirit reaching across the globe”, they remain devoted to inspiring journeys and setting new benchmarks in the travel industry.
Not one to rest on their laurels, Elite Travel Group has a number of goals for the coming years, including implementing hybrid training modules for employees and suppliers year-round; creating intuitive processes to reduce stress and enhance productivity for teams and partners; offering competitively priced, value-for-money products without seasonal fluctuations; continuously improving guest experiences through expert guides, drivers, and hospitality teams, among others. From August 2018, Elite Travel Group has successfully digitalised operations across all administrative structures. This transformation, achieved entirely in-house, includes their DMC, Tour Operator, Mobility & Transportation, Travel Agency, Corporate Travel, and HR Management services. These digital advancements have streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and enhanced client experiences, positioning them as a leader in travel innovation. They are currently working on their own e-commerce solution where all their partners, clients, and suppliers will have access to the user interface.
