Taiwan brings traditional tea culture to ITB Berlin

The Taiwan Tourism Bureau invited the country’s renowned artist Lee Wen-Cheng to help design the ITB Taiwan Pavilion as a hospitable and warm Taiwanese tea house. ITB Berlin visitors are transported to what would have been a traditional vintage tea house, catching a glimpse of Taiwan’s cultural heritage while enjoying the pavilion’s comfortable atmosphere. Tea master demonstrations also take place at the Pavilion to introduce Taiwan’s tea culture as well as various cultural experiences such as Hakka oil paper umbrella painting.
