The ITB Chinese Night event held on 5 March during ITB Berlin brought together some 300 senior representatives from the Chinese and global tourism industry, including buyers and partners, at Metropol Berlin. Hosted by ITB China and co-organised by the China National Tourist Office in Frankfurt and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, with sponsorship from HiSEAS International Tourism Group, the gathering was presented by Lydia Li, Deputy General Manager of Messe Berlin China. The CEO of Messe Berlin, Mario Tobias, was also on hand to welcome attendees.
The event gathered tourism experts from across the globe as well as representatives from Chinese national tourism organisations, providing a unique platform for fostering new connections and collaborations in China’s burgeoning tourism market. ITB Chinese Night also set the stage for ITB China, taking place from 27 to 29 May, 2025 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.
