ADVERTORIAL
The country is presenting its tourism attractions at ITB Berlin 2023 under the motto “All you need is here”
Albania’s Prime Minister Mr Edi Rama is attending this year’s trade show together with Minister of Tourism Ms Mirela Kumbaro. The country is showcasing its tourism potential through the diversity of its landscapes, archaeological sites, historical castles and pristine sandy beaches. All of these attractions are easy to reach, even during a short holiday, due to the country’s conveniently small size. Albania is one of Europe’s fastest-growing travel destinations having attracted 7.5 million visitors, exceeding its record 6.4 million in 2019. This impressive recovery has placed the country at the top of the UNWTO’s global ranking for the recovery of international tourists compared to pre-pandemic levels.
