East Africa in the spotlight at ITB Berlin 2025 as a single tourism destination

For the first time, the East African Community is showcasing the region as a single tourism destination at ITB Berlin 2025 under the brand “Visit East Africa—Feel the Vibe”. ITB Berlin has been chosen for its official launch, helping to foster partnerships that are “Beyond Travel” and committed to a sustainable tourism experience.

The event features the Chair of the EAC Ministers on Tourism and Wildlife Management, the CEO of Afrika-Verein der dt. Wirtschaft (German-African Business Association) as well as industry experts and private sector stakeholders.
