The hotel management platform SIHOT has launched a new partner integration programme to champion greater innovation within hospitality technology.
SIHOT Integration Finder, a hospitality application partner resource, provides wider access to its hotel management system to drive this change. Third party apps and hotel technology software vendors benefit from a streamlined integration workflow that boosts performance within the platform.
“We have designed our partner programme to remove the boundaries tech creators may have found when developing direct interfaces,” said Carsten Wernet, Executive Board Member at the company.
Integration partners are listed within the Integration Finder as part of its partner investment, enabling its 3,500 global hospitality customers to source partners to evolve their tech stacks.
The Integration Finder is an online platform dedicated to integration partners that have direct connectivity to the relevant data requirements within its systems. CRM, guest communications, housekeeping apps, and up-selling systems are among systems that can immediately benefit from the Connectivity Programme.
Further innovation from SIHOT
SIHOT is further investing with a complimentary marketplace where hoteliers can find additional services to modernise operations and internal systems, following the launch of its new application resource on November 9.
By facilitating greater access, it hopes to ease integration concerns from hoteliers to leverage data and wider system functionality while allowing technology providers to better and more quickly connect to essential data to provide a seamless user experience.
Hospitality technology vendors either subscribe to the Connectivity program to build an interface using the new SIHOT@360° API documentation, gaining free access to SIHOT’s test environment.
Alternatively, suppliers will be supported with the “Full Integration programme” designed for deeper integrations.
