ITB 360°: Spearheading the future of global tourism with year-round dynamic content

ITB Berlin continues its groundbreaking strides by launching ITB 360°, a year-round content concept that is set to revolutionise the global tourism community. With a dynamic and flexible approach, ITB 360° aims to provide a steady flow of newsroom articles, podcast episodes, expert interviews, trend analyses, surveys and more, each month focusing on a fresh headline topic aimed at igniting industry dialogue.

From examining the rise of blended travel, exploring LGBTQ+ tourism and addressing the skills shortage in the industry to understanding the evolution of travel technology and examining China’s travel market, the thematic content promises to be as diverse as the industry itself.

Content that transcends borders

In a bid to provide valuable industry knowledge and insights, ITB 360° collaborates with international trade shows of the ITB brand family, including ITB Asia in Singapore, ITB China in Shanghai and ITB India in Mumbai, as well as various international industry experts. “With ITB 360°, we want to inspire, educate, and inform the tourism community with first-class content throughout the year,” says Deborah Rothe, Exhibition Director, ITB Berlin. This unparalleled alliance not only ensures a global perspective on pressing issues but also demonstrates ITB’s commitment to propelling the tourism industry forward in these unprecedented times.

Empowering the industry through knowledge

ITB 360° launched in June by delving into the topic of blended travel. Expert voices from the industry discussed the future of business and leisure travel, igniting engaging discussions on the trend towards “bleisure” and workationing. The following months promise to be equally enlightening, with July focusing on LGBTQ+ Tourism to mark International Pride Month and a spotlight on the skills shortage looming in the industry come August. With its innovative approach to content and dedication to informing the industry, ITB 360° is setting the bar for the future of the global travel and tourism community. ITB Berlin, through ITB 360°, is not just responding to the changing landscape of tourism; it’s leading the way.
