Get to know Taiwan better over a cup of tea at ITB Berlin 2024

Taiwan Tourism Administration is bringing its traditional tea culture to ITB Berlin this year as an invitation to the European travel industry.

Over the three days of the travel show, numerous cultural performance groups are showcasing the beauty of Taiwan on the world stage, and inviting global travellers to come and discover this destination. Visitors should take advantage of Taiwan Tourism’s ITB Happy Hour Networking Event at the stand on 5 March, to make new contacts, get the latest information about Taiwan and meet with various incoming agencies, airlines and hotels.

Among Taiwan’s latest promotions, the island is highlighting:

Free Half-Day Transit Tours
Transit and transfer passengers with 7 to 24-hour layovers before their next flight can sign up online to enjoy a free guided tour showcasing Taiwan’s cultural and urban heritage covering Taipei, Taoyuan, and New Taipei City. Alternatively they have the option of using public transportation and explore the island on their own.

Taiwan Pass
The Taiwan Pass is a flexible travel itinerary within 7 days. It includes an unlimited 3-day pass for Taiwan High-Speed Rail, a choice of one MRT network (Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung and Taoyuan) and one Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Pass.

The “Lucky Land” travel incentive
Future visitors to Taiwan can register for the “The Lucky Land” incentive and stand a chance to win the draw upon arrival in Taiwan. The campaign is valid until June 30, 2025 and visitors can register up to 7 days in advance before travelling to the island. Winners can pick a preferred travel incentive: EasyCard, iPass or accommodation vouchers, and can complete the lucky draw at the Lucky Land counter at the airport’s arrivals.
