NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE UNVEILS INNOVATIVE NEW TRADE PORTAL
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), has launched “Norwegian Central”, a trade portal aimed at helping travel agents learn, market and sell NCL holidays.
With Norwegian Central, partners gain direct single log-in access to the platform. Partners find NCL’s agent booking engine, Book Norwegian, as well as the training platform Norwegian Cruise Line University (NCLU). This knowledge hub provides refreshed course content, new achievement levels and a reduced rate programme that allows agents to book reduced cruises for module course completion.
Also included in Norwegian Central is Marketing Headquarters, which gives agents the opportunity to create their own marketing Norwegian Cruise Line materials with a toolbox of flyers, banners or videos. In addition, travel partners receive all Norwegian Cruise Line news and updates on trade events and an access to the cruise lines’ exclusive Partners First Facebook Page.
Agents can also receive all outstanding CruiseNext certificates of their customers which allow for personal contact and conversation. The same applies to all vouchers for future cruises (FCCs) that customers have received for suspended cruises or cancellations as part of “NCL’s Peace of Mind” promise.
Integrated into this is the new booking platform Norwegian Cruise Line Air, which offers added freedom and choice when booking fly and cruise packages. NCL Air offers real-time access and current pricing to flights to departure ports around the world.
