HiJiffy, a company that leverages an AI-powered Chat Booking Assistant and automation tools across a range of messaging platforms, has partnered with Neobookings to ensure customers receive instant communication through a sophisticated AI chatbot experience. 

The two-way interaction between HiJiffy and Neobookings allows customers to receive faster answers than before.

HiJiffy offers more than 160 hospitality-related topics for hotels, which must be approved prior to being listed.

“Aside from the hotel’s website, operators can communicate with their clients through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, WeChat and countless more,” said Matharu. “When clients would like to speak to a Live Agent, HiJiffy’s solution directly transfers the clients to the next available agent.
