MOUNT KENYA WELCOMES LUXURY HOTEL SANCTUARY TAMBARARE WITH 40% DISCOUNT FOR SAFARI GUESTS

Sanctuary Tambarare is set to launch in Kenya on June 1, offering “the perfect balance of adventure and serenity.”

The boutique resort looks over the award winning Ol Pejeta Conservancy, 90,000 acres of wild African landscape where the ‘Big Five’ roam including the last two northern white rhinos in the world.

Daytime activities include tracking lions, horse riding with rhinos and spotting elephants, giraffes, zebra and gazelles. A five-star service is offered at the stunning wildlife retreat which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying sundowners in the shadow of Mount Kenya.

Guests can choose from 10 luxury canvas tents which are each individually decorated with teak floors, contemporary furnishings and unique touches that reflect the local culture. Discounts of up to 30% are currently offered for those staying for four to six nights while reductions of up to 40% are offered to for those staying for seven nights or more.

Sanctuary Tambarare‘s spacious guest tent offers 57sqm of space featuring a super king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and double basin. Guests can enjoy the luscious plains from a private veranda or from the bed with floor to ceiling cinematic views.

Meanwhile the traditional tent also offers sofas and chairs within a beautifully appointed space with colours inspired by the natural landscape. Interiors include sun bleached wood, wicker lampshades and fabrics with bursts of colour to reflect the wildlife spread throughout the landscape.

Sanctuary Retreats began in 1999 with its first lodge Sanctuary Olonana in Kenya. It now runs camps in Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia.
